I have created a master piece. No weird ingredients that you wont have on hand or that cost an arm and a leg. Literally feel like I go broke after buying coconut and almond flour. Please sir, take my left kidney to pay for this lol
The best part about these is that they fit most trending diets (to each their own okay but I’m all intuitive eating here).🙂
3 Ingredient Healthy Cookies. DASSSITTT no butter, no milk, no eggs, no sugar, no flour.
For gluten free or vegan peeps, use an oat brand that you trust! I understand that some oatmeals can be cross contaminated with gluten so be careful 🙂 as for my animal lovers, use a vegan chocolate.
Ingredients
1 cup Oats (I used quick oats but you can use rolled)
2 very ripe medium to large bananas **carbs might go up a bit but slightly
1/3-1/2 cup chocolate chips (who’s actually measuring this… right?!)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F
Mash the bananas til there are zero chunks left.
Use a food processor or a magic bullet to blend the oats a bit. Some will be very fine like a flour BUT leave some oats whole. You don’t want all flour.
Dump everything into a medium sized bowl and stir until well combined.
I separated the dough into 6 cookies (~60g) on parchment paper (not sprayed).
Bake for 20 min.
Let cool and enjoy with a cup of coffee!

**You can swap out the chocolate for other alternatives as well. Cranberries, almonds, walnuts, the possibilities are endless guys!
