Easy Overnight Oats (4 Ways)

This recipe was on my old blog and boy was it a good one! Tommy lived off of these in the mornings. They’re so convenient, filling, and delicious!

I won’t lie.. I had fun making them too! He was my guinea pig lol. Sorry Tom!

Basic overnight oat recipe:
½ cup rolled or quick oats
½ cup milk or milk alternative
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp vanilla extract
**I doubled the recipe and used 1 cup for Tommy’s breakfasts**

Maple Brown Sugar & Cinnamon
½tbsp Maple Syrup (macro trackers can use Walden farms pancake syrup or a lite syrup to save some carbs)
¾ tbsp of Brown sugar (or desired sweetness)

Apple Pie
¼ cup applesauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 pinch Nutmeg
1 pinch Himalayan Salt

Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip
1TBSP PB (mixed well)
1 TBSP Choc Chips
Sugar or sweetener to taste
….I forgot to take pics…SO sorry

Banana Pie
1 whole banana (mash half and use other half to slice and top with)
Chocolate chips
Sugar or sweetener to taste

You can also change the recipes up and add different ingredients to make them more your style. Just use the main recipe and you’re all set! PS. Don’t forget to tag me on Instagram with your recreations ❤
