EEEEK GUYS! I am so excited to finally share this blog with you. It was so fun creating the gifts for my ladies and making each of them feel special.
If you don’t know, Tommy and I are having a rustic barn wedding. You can read about that here!

I threw a s’mores proposal party for my girls to officially ask them to be in the wedding. This is also a great way for everyone in your bridal party to meet and get to know one another if they don’t already.
To keep the theme going, I thought it would be a cute idea to do canvas bags for everyone and who better to create these with than my handy dandy big sister!
Tina and I have so much fun making creations and I love that I can include her in the wedding in some way. Unless it’s like fondant… then it’s not fun. Long story short anything we dislike, we compare to making fondant lol.
She’s been so helpful and creative. She owns her own businesses: One for personalizing creations, and the other is an all natural body/beauty care line. Reach out to her here if you would like to make your creations really come to life.
We did one bag for each girl in my party including the flower girls and ring bearer. We also put their names in each of their bags to make them more personalized!
All bags are from Hobby Lobby! The heat transfer vinyl is from Amazon here!
For my bridesmaids, we made bags saying “bride’s babes” which I thought was so cute! And they can reuse them any time. I love functional gifts lol.
In each gift I hand-made a soy candle reusing the Oui yogurt jars and scented them as apple cider!
My MOH had a few extra gifts in hers for her birthday, her candle was scented as hot cocoa.
I know this isn’t traditional but I made my MUA a bag as well. She’s a great friend of mine and I wanted to include her in some way so she also has a hot cocoa candle.
The flower girls and ring bearer all got sun glasses and a coloring book. For the two older girls I gave them a journal to write in and our ring bearer got some slime! I had to include something boy-ish for him.
I also included a homemade card for each person officially asking each of them to be in the wedding. I got these at Hobby Lobby!
My sister helped me create everything on her Cricut. We used markers on her printer for the cards, Iron on Vinyl.. some were hers but the burgundy I bought online on Amazon! It is a BEAUTIFUL color and we used this one on the bridesmaids bags. Literally in love with it.
I also bought some mugs for everyone and we printed on them with regular sticker vinyl “Babe of Honor” + “Bride’s Babes”.
I had my bridal party over for a fire since the weather was finally cool enough and s’mores.
My one friend + bridesmaid brought a charcuterie board and it was delish! It paired perfectly with the Cabernet. I bought Beringer Bros, it’s brewed in a bourbon barrel and tastes amazing. If you like dry red wine, I recommend this one and it’s super affordable.
I bought a chocolate variety pack for the s’mores or just to snack on. If you’ve never had a s’more with anything other than Hershey’s, you’re definitely missing out!
I placed a water bottle for everyone on their chairs so they each had something other than wine. It’s also a great idea to ask your bridal party if they would like any requests as I have one girl who works overnights and couldn’t drink and one who was pregnant. This is for them afterall!
I also had some to-go cups ready for anyone who wanted hot tea or hot cocoa!
Everyone loved their gifts and it was a fun night with everyone getting to meet each other.
I even made one for myself! I use it all the time. It’s the perfect size and super handy.
I hope you enjoyed this blog and got some fun ideas from it! I’ll be sharing much more in the near future as we begin planning.
