Good afternoon guys! I’ve been on a roll this week with posting and I’m actually really proud of myself haha. Sometimes creativity just flows and other days I’m staring at a blank screen for hours.
I wanted to get up a July favorites blog because there are a few things I really loved this month and want to share that with you!
BTW can you believe we are more than half way through the year already?!
Where did time go!! I honestly cannot wait for fall and pumpkin everything. I have so many places planned to visit towards the end of summer/fall time when it’s not brutally hot out.
One place I have had my eye on since they started remodeling I plan to go to this weekend and I will 100% be typing a blog about it if or when I do! 🙂
Okay, now to the blog!
I’m going to start with the most recent book I finished.
Breaking The Habit Of Being Yourself: By Dr. Joe Dispenza
This was such an eye opening book for me and if you are on your own spiritual and self healing journey, I highly recommend this book. It does get pretty science-y in the beginning but if you are a huge psych nerd like me, you’ll really enjoy it. The book takes you through understanding the conscious mind and preparing you for meditation techniques he teaches you in steps at the end. I really liked how he wrote this in 3 parts, splitting everything up. It makes for an easy read and understanding on a new level so you can actually apply this to your life. You can find this on Amazon or any other book store I’m sure.
Your Expansive Self Podcast by Tasha Kredl:
This podcast is literally one of my top fav’s. Tasha just articulates her point so well and I love the lessons, awareness, and teachable moments she’s able to bring forth. I have learned so much from her podcast alone. I already got two of my friends hooked on her podcast and I wanted to share it with the rest of you beautiful people!

This was on my favorites list awhile back and I am back on it lol. Tom actually brings a scoop or two to work with him and I’ll be ordering a new tub soon bc it’s over half way gone haha.
I love mixing my protein in smoothies with frozen fruit, no ice. That’s my huge secret.
Sometimes I will do dark cacao powder with frozen banana and other times I will do frozen banana with frozen strawberry. Just make sure you add a splash of milk or non-dairy. I love the vanilla oat milk and vanilla unsweetened almond milk in mine.

I literally love Shutterfly for anything I want to personalize. I love creating photobooks for Tom and I to document our adventures together and I send personalized items to family members as gifts for any occasion. For mother’s day and father’s day Tommy and I sent our parents personalized mugs. They loved them!
