No, seriously! But not the hot, warm kind lol. That’d be gross…
First ya want to prep your taters. Steam them until they are soft and then freeze the suckers. This is KEY. While you are at it, just freeze your bananas and strawberries too.
I don’t really measure things guys so just throw in a moderate amount of each. Bananas and potatoes are pretty higher in carb (but the good kind) so have an even amount of both. Then some strawberries for flavor 🙂

After you have everything in one blender, add a splash of milk. I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk.
