Honestly, these are my new fav snackaroonie EVERRR! Haha I’m such a huge dark chocolate lover. Mix that with pb? I’m frickin SOLD. I use mainly organic ingredients but you don’t have to! I eyeball everything so amounts are approximate!

What you’ll need:
Pitted Dates
Natural smooth peanut butter
Peanuts (I used a sweet/salt mix I have)
Chocolate Chips (I used Belgian chocolate chips) feel free to use milk chocolate
Coconut oil

What to do:
- First, set your dates open on tray with a piece of parchment paper.
Chop your peanuts up - In a small bowl mix a few Tbsp of pb with the chopped peanuts
- Using a spoon fill the dates with the pb mix and freeze for 1 hour (or until frozen)
- Melt ~1/4 choc chips and 1-2tsp coconut oil in a pot on low. *chocolate burns easily so stir and keep a close eye*
- Using a toothpick or knife or fork (carefully), poke through the dates and dip in the chocolate coating entirely and allow the excess to drip off before placing back on the tray.
- Once all coated, freeze for 1 hour or until chocolate is solid and enjoy!
Store in fridge or freezer. I chose the freezer!
Enjoy!!
