These are super simple to make and taste absolutely amazing!! I’ll be making these again in the near future.
I froze half the batch and I’m so glad I did! These did not last long in my house.
Tommy brought them to work with him every day as a snack too. They’re so easy to grab and go.
I would warm mine up, cut in half with some I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter spray and have it with hot tea or coffee. Delish!

Banana Almond Butter Muffins
Ingredients
- 4 Medium Bananas
- 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
- 180 g Flour All Purpose
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Almond Butter
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
Instructions
- 👩🏻🍳Mash your bananas in a large bowl (you want SOMEclumps)
- 👩🏻🍳Stir in vanilla, egg, sugars. Set aside.
- 👩🏻🍳In a medium bowl, mix flour, salt, bakingpowder,baking soda, and cinnamon.
- 👩🏻🍳slowly stir flour mixture into wet ingredients.
- 👩🏻🍳stir in nut butter of choice (melted if necessary)**Do not over mix this batter
- Bake at 350 for 15 min or until golden brown

I used @legendaryfoods Pecan Pie Almond Butter! SOO GOOD. 🤤
This almond butter has chopped pecans in it which added to the recipe in a good way!
