3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies, Small Batch

Ingredients
  

  • 5 Tbsp Peanut butter or ⅓ Cup
  • 2 Tbsp Granulated sugar can use ⅓ cup of granulated sugar and omit the brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Brown sugar packed
  • 1 Large Egg Yolk
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract Optional
  • ¼ tsp Salt Optional
  • ¼ tsp Baking soda Optional
  • 1 Tbsp Mini chocolate chips Optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350° and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a non-stick spray
  2. Mix together peanut butter, sugars, and egg yolk.
  3. (Optional steps), add in remainder of ingredients if using them and mix until well combined. Except chocolate chips
  4. Thoroughly combine chocolate chips if using them.
  5. Roll dough into 6-8 cookie balls and place on prepared baking sheet
  6. Use a fork to gently press a criss-cross pattern into the top of the cookie and sprinkle with sugar (optional).
  7. Bake 8-10 min until edges are golden.
  8. Let cool and enjoy!
