Gluten Free Brownies

The best gluten free brownies with the perfect texture, right amount of fudgy chocolate, and flaky top

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp Black Cocoa
  • Splash of vanilla extract ~1-2 tsp
  • cup Cassava flour
  • pinch Pink Himalayan Salt

Method
 

  1. Beat in a medium bowl room temperature eggs and sugar until frothy
  2. Melt chocolate chips and butter on stove (be careful not to burn them) and mix in vanilla
  3. Pour melted chocolate into the egg mixture and beat until combined
  4. Mix dry ingredients together in a separate bowl
  5. Add dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture
  6. Pour into a lined glass baking pan and gently bang on the counter a couple times to remove air bubbles
  7. Bake for 12 minutes and remove again to gently bang a couple times pan and release any more air bubbles
  8. Bake an addition 12-15 minutes or until a fork comes out clean
  9. Allow to cool completely before cutting
  10. Store in airtight container in fridge for up to 4 days and on counter up to 3 days. Reheat as desired!
