Grilled peaches with honey and cinnamon

A healthy dessert for family BBQ's or just because. These grilled peaches are super sweet and will be paired perfectly with whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Peach
  • ½ Tbsp Oil EVOO, avocado oil, or whatever you prefer
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ Tbsp honey

Method
 

  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Wash, slice peach in half, and take the pit out.
  3. Mix together oil, cinnamon, and honey in a small dish.
  4. Brush both halves of the entire peach with the honey mixture.
  5. Set peach halves onto the grill and flip when you have the blackened grill lines.
    Grill apprx 5 min on each side.
  6. Top with whipped cream or vanilla bean ice cream and enjoy!
