Macro Friendly Cannoli Cream Dip

This is a lower calorie/reduced fat version of a traditional cannoli cream. Use this as a dip for broken cannoli shells, graham crackers, or fruit! I also recommend serving this at parties. I plan to use this for my bridal brunches and wedding activities.

- 1 Cup Confectioners Sugar
- 8 Oz Fat-Free Cream Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Oz Mini Chocolate Morsels
In a bowl, combine ricotta, cream cheese, and sugar. Beat until well combined about 5-10 minutes.
Add in vanilla extract and beat until blended in well.
Fold in chocolate chips with a rubber spatula.
Serve cold right away or refrigerate overnight. Use within a few days.
Serving sizes on this recipe are pretty large. Do smaller portions if you'd like.
