Almond Flour

Baking Soda

Sugar Free Maple Syrup or Regular

tsp
Vanilla Extract

Large Eggs

Coconut Oil
Melted

White Chocolate Chips
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour and baking soda. Set aside.
In a small bowl mix together egg, vanilla, and syrup.`
Stir the wet ingredients into the dry mixture.
Stir in melted coconut oil.
If batter is too wet, add a little more almond flour.
Refrigerate for 15-20 min until the dough is cold enough to form into balls.
Use a tablespoon to measure out the dough.
Roll the dough into balls and flatten on a sprayed cookie sheet.
Bake on 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Cookies will brown on the edges to tell when they are done.
Let cool and store in the fridge 🙂
